Is low level engine development your playground? Do you have a passion for engine development and a drive to follow through? Looking to work on an original AAA franchise? If your answer is yes to all three, come join our development team as a Senior Engine Programmer to work on our newly announced AAA title, Back 4 Blood!


  • Extend engine features to meet project goals
  • Middleware integration and maintenance
  • Debug problems with core engine systems and middleware
  • Troubleshoot cross-platform problems
  • Investigate and resolve performance issues
  • Mentor and guide less experienced programmers


  • Minimum of 5 years low level engine experience
  • C++ expert
  • Proven experience developing and shipping for the Consoles and PC
  • Advanced 3D math skills
  • Coding and debugging multi-threaded systems
  • Collaborate with artists, designers and other programmers
  • Excellent problem solving and time management skills


  • Streaming I/O
  • Profiling packages and techniques such as PIX and GPAD
  • Shaders
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering
